  • Planning of “Net-Zero Future”-Conference 2026 in Darmstadt

    After participating in the first two editions of the ‘Net-Zero Future’ conference, WiB is now organizing the next edition in Darmstadt.

  • Computational Methods for Building Physics and Construction Materials 2026 (Online)

    24. April – 03. July 2026 // Online

    The course is intended to convey various computer-aided calculation methods, solution approaches and possibilities for implementing physical processes in the fields of building physics and materials relevant in the construction industry. The focus is on the microscopic and macroscopic consideration of active processes in porous building material systems, such as concrete, geopolymers, insulation materials.

  • SPP 2436 First Annual Meeting in Aachen

    2025/12/17

    On November 24, 2025, one year after its launch, the DFG Priority Programme 2436 brought together its project partners at RWTH Aachen to share progress, strengthen collaboration, and define the next steps toward achieving net-zero concrete.
