Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Went to the University of Buenos Aires, Faculty of Engineering, where he obtained his degree as MSc. Civil Engineer. During his studies, he collaborated for 2 years at the LMNI (Laboratory for Numeric Methods in Engineering), at the University of Buenos Aires, where he contributed to the publication of “Temperature effects on failure behavior of Self-Compacting High Strength plain and Fiber Reinforced Concrete". Worked for 4 years as teaching assistance in “Reinforced Concrete I” subject at the same institution.

After graduation, he moved to the industry related market, where he worked for 3 years as junior engineer at the National Ministry of Transportation, in Argentina, in a 20 km railway tunnel design project. Later on, he worked for 2 years as technical consultant at Lafarge-Holcim Argentina.

He obtained a Marie Curie fellowship in the frame of an ITN (International Training Network), under the project SUBLime (Sustainable Building Lime Applications via Circular Economy and Biomimetic Approaches) and is currently developing as a PhD Student at the Institute of Construction and Building Materials at the Technical University of Darmstadt.
